What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes all taxes, delivery, set up and take down. You will not be expected to lift or help set up the units. If heavy lawn ornaments or furniture needs to be moved out of the way please have that done prior to the installer arriving or your party may not get started on time.

Where can the inflatables be set up?

Indoor or outdoor areas with or without power (we can provide a generator), see our indoor venue special pricing. Any flat surface with enough height clearance. There should be at least 3 to 4 feet of walking area on all sides of inflatable and most inflatables need at least a 20’ ceiling height
If the area is difficult to access our installer may need to inspect it prior to your booking to be sure we are able to move the inflatable to the desired area.

What kind of power is needed?

A standard 110 volt, 20 amp circuit for all inflatables. If your event has several inflatables and you are worried about a breaker overload we can bring the blowers to the site prior to the event and make sure we know which outlets can be used to distribute the power and avoid any inconvenience during your party.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit may be required if we are fully booked that day with no spare inflatables for last minute calls.
A cash cleaning deposit of $75 is required upon set up of the unit and will be returned in full if there is minimal cleaning necessary upon tear down.

What form of payments do you accept?

Being a small family business we are attempting to keep overhead costs down so we can keep costs to you the lowest in the Fraser Valley. For the time being we accept only cash and cheques. Personal cheques must be paid prior to the event for time to clear.

Do you have insurance?

We have liability and damage insurance however this fact does not absolve the renter of responsibility to follow the safety and use rules and to be liable for guests injuries and costs to repair the units.

Can you provide supervision?

We can provide ADULT supervision for $15/hr for a minimum of $45 per event. This is meant as an aid to your own supervision and does not release the renter from the terms of the rental agreement and their liability for the safety of the jumpers and returning the equipment in the same condition in which it was rented.

What if there are equipment malfunctions during my event?

If there are any equipment malfunctions, evacuate the inflatable immediately and turn off power. Call us at 604-615-5349. If the problem is with our equipment there will be a reasonable refund depending on how long you used it before the problem occurred. If the problem is with your power source or improper use of the equipment no refund should be expected.

Do I sign a contract?

An adult must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver for the use of the equipment. A separate document with safety rules and equipment use is reviewed and then signed by the renter to ensure they understand the proper use of the equipment.

When do you deliver and pick up the unit?

Our foremost concern is convenience to the client. We will work with you to determine the best time to arrive and depart. Due to multiple bookings on the same day we may ask to deliver your unit a few hours prior to the event or pick it up a few hours after, you will never be short changed on the bounce time for which you have paid.

Do you have a substitution policy?

Our bookings are first come first choice however if we arrive at a party prior to your event and the unit is in need of repair or extensive cleaning you will be given the choice to rent a different unit, postpone the start time of your party to allow cleaning or cancel with full refund.
